Musculoskeletal Pain Management
Musculoskeletal pain management is a form of massage combined with rehabilitation stretching and strengthening exercises to help relieve chronic pain and immobility in a specific part of the body. The therapist will apply various assessment techniques to establish the exact site of the pain/immobility. Once investigated the therapist uses specialised soft tissue, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques to relieve musculoskeletal pain, immobility and/or chronic injury in a particular part of the body. Each session lasts approximately one hour.
