Peter has been practicing since 2005 in the areas of: Sports Massage, Pain Management, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Stress Management, Nutritional Therapy and Infant Massage.

He is passionate about his work and is committed to continuing his professional development. Since qualifying Peter has undergone continuing education specialising in; Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, Sports Therapy, Pain Management, Aromatherapy and various massage techniques. In addition to this, Peter trained as a yoga and mindfulness teacher with Ayurvedic philosophies at Yoga Vidha Dham, Nasik, India and has a BA Hons in Adult Education.

Peter is a full time lecturer of Holistic Health and Well-Being. He is the head of the Holistic Health Studies department at Ó Fiaich Institute of Further Education Dundalk, and the head of the Sports and Anatomy departments in Green Tara College Navan. Along with this he is an internal and external assessor and examiner with various awarding bodies in the holistic health field.

Peter is committed to living a healthy balanced lifestyle encompassing mind and body approaches to overall health while encouraging clients to do the same. He recognises that ailments are symptoms of imbalance that are occurring in one’s mind and/or body. His belief is that; Holistic Health is an empowering approach to optimum health and living. “Achieving health is an ongoing personal journey toward a goal of functioning at our best level possible”. All treatments at Dundalk Therapy Clinic are approached from this perspective. The aim is to encourage people to be more balanced physically and mentally through consultations, treatments and advice on lifestyle adjustments.
